“I want to start by saying that I highly recommend Maurice and Sons Construction!! In 2022, I hired them to complete an extensive, 4.5 month, renovation on my rental property in preparation to sell. The company travelled quite a distance to complete this renovation for me and I was very grateful that they did! I asked this company to perform such a wide array of tasks and the answer was always yes! On top of that, the work was always done to perfection. I don’t think there is anything this company can’t do! And do well! There is very clearly a passion for what they do and it shows in their workmanship and accessibility to their client. They completed a full renovation of my master bathroom, including a beautiful clawfoot tub, double vanity, and a walk-in glass shower. Extensive drywall work needed to be completed as well as additional flooring and plumbing. The bathroom was transformed into a luxurious spa-like oasis that I never thought was possible! In addition to the bathroom renovation, the company also completed two stunning decks. One off the front door and one off the master bedroom. They also completed a massive gravel driveway which included hauling, distributing and packing gravel. A full kitchen renovation was also completed with updated cabinetry, updated island wrapped in custom wood finishing, new backsplash, sink, faucet, open shelving for a herb garden, under mount and in cabinet lighting and updated appliances. The company also added new lighting fixtures throughout the house, painted the 1600 square foot interior, installed new baseboards and trim, plumbing, electrical and an attic access. The owner and crew were very easy to work with and were transparent about costs and timelines. When the project was completed, I was amazed at the transformation of my house. This company turned a house into a home. The attention to detail and quality of work was evident in every aspect of the renovation.
