Log rot had affected the front wall of this cabin on Corkscrew Island, Lake of the Woods, Ontario. The entire wall had to be rebuilt, but the log rot replacement came with an added challenge. There was no normal road access, so the logs had to be hauled to the site across roads plowed across the frozen lake.
